A successful loan officer must have control over both the number of leads he receives and the quality of the leads he receives.
Most Mortgage Companies do not teach Lead Acquisition Strategies or how to have an industry high closing percentage. We do.
Dan Flavin, the Owner and Maryland Manager of the Columbia MD Waterstone Office has created a system that generates hundreds of warm leads (178, 203 & 238 leads in the last 3 months) every month from his referral partners (Realtors, CFP’s, CPA’s, etc.) . These are not internet leads. These are referred leads.
We will teach you this system. You will be receiving hundreds of self-generated leads within 30 days. We are looking for people with a success pattern.
A good candidate will be experienced, closing at least 3-4 deals a month, knowledgeable, and extremely good with customer service and follow up. We have created a comprehensive, intensive fast track training process providing the right individual with an opportunity to earn significant commissions immediately. We will work one on one with this individual to assure their success. Our commission split goes up to 80%.
